Terms of use

The terms for using the Solid H2o website.

Last updated 13 October 2026

About these terms

This website is operated by Solid H2o, a wholesale ice supplier based in Nelson, New Zealand. By using the website you agree to these terms. Stockists and wholesale customers are also bound by our wholesale terms and conditions.

Information on this website

We work to keep product details, stockist listings and contact information up to date, but stock levels and stockist details can change. Please contact the stockist directly to confirm they have ice available before making a special trip.

Orders and quotes

Enquiries sent through this website are not orders until we confirm them. Wholesale pricing, delivery and payment are agreed with each customer and set out in our wholesale terms.

Ice safety

Our ice is produced for consumption and for chilling food and drinks. Keep bags frozen and sealed until use, and do not use ice from a damaged bag. If a bag is ever subject to a recall, looking it up using the code on its label will show a warning. Please contact us if you have any concern about our ice.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, access areas you are not authorised to use, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.

Intellectual property

The Solid H2o name, logo, images and content on this website belong to us. Do not copy or use them without our written permission, except for approved stockist promotion.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 when buying as a consumer.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page. These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Questions can be sent to solidh2onelson@gmail.com.
